It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@fluffysouls.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will address the issue according to our discretion.
